バッハやブクステフーデはもちろんベートーヴェンの大フーガとか、素晴らしいものはたくさんありますが、今回はモーツァルトのレクイエムのキリエと、ゴドフスキーのフーガについてのお話しです。二番目に好きなのがレクイエムのキリエ、一番は"Bach Sonata No.1for Solo Violin BWV 1001 ⅡFuga"をゴドフスキーがピアノ用に編曲したものです。

    There are many great fugues by Bach, Buxtehude, and of course Beethoven, but this time I would like to talk about Mozart's Requiem Kyrie and Godowsky's Fugue. My second favorite is the Requiem Kyrie, and the best is Godowsky's arrangement for piano of "Bach Sonata No. 1 for Solo Violin BWV 1001 II Fuga".
